The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Scalrlabs ("we", "us") for the Nutri app and this website. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows. By using Nutri, you accept them.

Not medical advice

Nutri is a food journal. Its calorie, protein, carb and fat figures, goals and suggestions are estimates for general information. They are not medical, dietary or treatment advice, and they don't replace a doctor or registered dietitian. Portions, recipes and records can differ from what you actually ate. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you're pregnant, have diabetes or another condition, or have a history of disordered eating. Nutri isn't meant for children under 13.

Your account

You sign in with Apple and you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app.

Subscriptions and free trial

• Nutri Plus is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Every new account gets a free trial of 1 day. No card is needed, and the trial ends on its own: you're only charged if you choose to subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Nutri account doesn't cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

After a trial or subscription ends, logging new meals needs an active subscription. Your existing journal stays available to view, export and delete.

Your content

What you write, say and photograph in Nutri is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Nutri for you, as described in our privacy policy. We don't claim ownership of it.

Fair use

Don't misuse Nutri. That means no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, no automated scraping, no access to other people's accounts, and no unlawful content. We may limit or suspend accounts that do these things.

Nutrition data

Nutri uses public records from USDA FoodData Central and the Canadian Nutrient File, as well as package labels. We work to keep matches accurate and show where each number came from, but we can't guarantee that every record or estimate is complete or correct.

Changes and availability

We may update Nutri, add or remove features, or change these terms. If a change to these terms is significant, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect. We may stop offering Nutri. If that happens, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your journal.

Disclaimers and liability

Nutri is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Nutri's estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Nutri in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
